Body Bar Spa’s very own Rubin Prieto gets extra special treatment from talk show host Ellen Degeneres!
Ellen and her show were taping at a Los Angeles area gas station. It was our massage therapist Rubin Prieto’s lucky day. Not only did Ellen pump a full tank of gas into Rubin’s car, she fed him strawberries too! The best shot of the show was Rubin’s bright and smiling close up.

patterns from nature. Leaf Relief landscapes: a microscopic leaf pattern morphs into a series of cast cement reliefs. Also, a collection of works on paper with printing ink to illustrate poetic landscapes. The fresh and simple results depict parallels between micro and macro, biological and technological, and patience and resistance.
